Key Responsibilities

• Prospect, develop, and maintain relationships with clients, real estate agents, and community partners to generate mortgage leads
• Guide clients through the home lending process, from application to closing, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience
• Analyze client financial situations to recommend appropriate JP Morgan Chase mortgage products, including conventional, FHA, and jumbo loans
• Achieve and exceed individual and branch sales goals while adhering to all regulatory and compliance requirements
• Collaborate with branch teams and internal partners to deliver exceptional customer service and resolve issues promptly
• Conduct educational seminars and outreach in English and Spanish to promote homeownership in the Yonkers community
• Utilize CRM tools and JP Morgan Chase systems to track leads, manage pipelines, and report on sales performance
• Stay updated on industry trends, lending policies, and market conditions to provide expert advice
• Mentor junior advisors and contribute to team development initiatives
• Ensure all documentation is accurate and compliant with federal and state regulations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in finance, business, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mortgage lending, sales, or financial services
• Active Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license with NMLS registration
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish required
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a competitive environment
• Strong understanding of mortgage products, regulations, and compliance standards
• Ability to work in a branch-based environment in Yonkers, NY
