Key Responsibilities

• Prospect, develop, and maintain a robust pipeline of mortgage leads through branch referrals, community events, and digital channels
• Conduct comprehensive financial assessments to recommend tailored home lending solutions, including conventional, FHA, VA, and jumbo loans
• Guide clients through the entire home financing process, from pre-approval to closing, ensuring a seamless and compliant experience
• Collaborate with JP Morgan Chase branch teams and internal partners to deliver integrated banking and lending services
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales goals while adhering to ethical lending practices and risk management standards
• Stay abreast of market trends, interest rates, and regulatory changes to provide expert advice on home ownership strategies
• Build long-term client relationships to generate repeat business and referrals within the Southern Delaware community
• Utilize JP Morgan Chase's digital tools and analytics to optimize loan origination efficiency and client satisfaction
• Mentor junior advisors and contribute to branch training initiatives on mortgage products
• Ensure all documentation is accurate, timely, and compliant with JP Morgan Chase policies and federal guidelines

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mortgage lending, home financing, or related financial services roles
• Active Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license with NMLS registration, or ability to obtain within 90 days
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a competitive lending environment
• Strong understanding of federal and state lending regulations, including Truth in Lending Act (TILA) and RESPA
• Excellent credit history and ability to pass background checks required for financial services positions
• Availability to work in Southern Delaware branches, including Dover, DE, with flexible hours as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced certifications such as Certified Mortgage Banker (CMB) or equivalent
• Experience working in a branch-based retail banking environment at a major financial institution
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish to serve diverse client bases in Delaware
• Previous leadership experience mentoring junior lending advisors
