Key Responsibilities

• Prospect, develop, and maintain relationships with clients, real estate agents, and referral sources in the Tampa Bay SE area to generate high-quality mortgage leads
• Conduct comprehensive financial assessments to recommend tailored home lending solutions, including conventional, FHA, VA, and jumbo loans
• Guide clients through the entire mortgage origination process, from application to closing, ensuring a seamless and compliant experience
• Achieve and exceed individual and branch sales targets for loan volume and revenue in alignment with JP Morgan Chase's goals
• Collaborate with internal teams, including underwriters and processors, to expedite loan approvals and resolve issues efficiently
• Stay abreast of lending regulations, market trends, and JP Morgan Chase product updates to provide expert advice
• Participate in community outreach and networking events to enhance brand visibility in Valrico and surrounding areas
• Utilize CRM tools and data analytics to track pipeline, forecast sales, and optimize client engagement strategies
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to branch training initiatives on best practices in home lending

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mortgage lending, home financing, or financial sales within the banking industry
• Active Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license with NMLS registration, compliant with all state and federal regulations
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a competitive financial services environment
• In-depth knowledge of mortgage products, lending regulations, and credit assessment processes
• Strong understanding of the Tampa Bay real estate market and local economic factors
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with branch teams in a fast-paced setting

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced certifications such as Certified Mortgage Banker (CMB) or equivalent
