Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, qualify, and develop new mortgage lending clients through community outreach, referrals, and partnerships in Upland and Rancho Cucamonga
  • Guide clients through the home financing process, from initial consultation to loan closing, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience
  • Analyze client financial profiles to recommend suitable mortgage products, including conventional, FHA, VA, and jumbo loans offered by JP Morgan Chase
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including underwriters and processors, to expedite loan approvals and resolve issues efficiently
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales goals by leveraging JP Morgan Chase's digital tools and market insights
  • Educate clients on current market trends, interest rates, and financing options to build trust and drive business growth
  • Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements, including fair lending practices and documentation standards

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in mortgage lending, home financing, or related financial services sales
  • Active Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license in California, with ability to obtain NMLS registration
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a competitive lending environment
  • Strong understanding of federal and state lending regulations, including Truth in Lending Act (TILA) and RESPA
  • Excellent credit history and ability to pass background checks required for financial services roles
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings in Upland and Rancho Cucamonga areas
