Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new client relationships through community networking, referrals, and branch partnerships in Venice, FL
• Guide clients through the home lending process, from initial consultation to loan closing, ensuring a seamless experience
• Analyze client financial profiles to recommend suitable JP Morgan Chase mortgage products, including conventional, FHA, and jumbo loans
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals by delivering exceptional service and building long-term client loyalty
• Collaborate with internal teams, including underwriters and processors, to ensure timely loan approvals and compliance
• Educate clients on lending options, interest rates, and market conditions specific to the Florida housing market
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and adhere to all regulatory requirements
• Participate in branch events and marketing initiatives to promote JP Morgan Chase home lending services
• Mentor junior advisors and contribute to team sales strategies
• Stay updated on industry changes and JP Morgan Chase policies to provide informed advice

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mortgage lending, sales, or financial services origination
• Active Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license with NMLS registration
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a competitive lending environment
• Strong understanding of federal and state lending regulations, including TRID and HMDA
• Excellent credit history and ability to pass background checks required for financial roles
• Availability to work in the Venice, FL branch at US 41 and Jacaranda Blvd

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced certifications such as Certified Mortgage Banker (CMB) or equivalent
• Experience with JP Morgan Chase systems and home lending products
