Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in mortgage lending, home financing, or related financial services roles
  • Active Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license with NMLS registration, or ability to obtain within 90 days
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a competitive lending environment
  • In-depth knowledge of federal and state lending regulations, including TRID, HMDA, and RESPA
  • Strong understanding of credit analysis, underwriting processes, and risk assessment in home lending
  • Ability to work independently in a branch-based setting while collaborating with broader Chase teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced certifications such as Certified Mortgage Banker (CMB) or equivalent
  • Experience with digital lending platforms and CRM tools used in high-volume mortgage origination
