In this leadership position, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams across our Corporate & Investment Bank and Consumer & Community Banking lines of business. You will evaluate emerging technologies like AI, cloud-native services, and blockchain to optimize our platforms, ensuring they meet stringent compliance standards such as Basel III and SEC regulations. Key Responsibilities

• Drive the definition and evolution of target state architecture across multiple domains, including application, data, and infrastructure, to support JP Morgan Chase's strategic business objectives
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams to align architectural decisions with business needs and regulatory requirements in the financial services sector
• Lead the assessment of current architectures, identify gaps, and develop roadmaps for modernization and innovation
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to architecture teams, fostering best practices in design, scalability, and security
• Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies to enhance operational efficiency and drive digital transformation initiatives
• Ensure architectural solutions comply with enterprise standards, data privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), and financial regulations like Dodd-Frank
• Facilitate architecture governance processes, including design reviews and risk assessments for critical projects
• Partner with global teams to deliver scalable, resilient systems that support JP Morgan Chase's diverse portfolio of banking, investment, and asset management services
• Monitor industry trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategic architecture decisions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, software development, or IT leadership within the financial services industry
• Proven track record of leading architecture initiatives in large-scale, complex environments, including cloud migrations and digital transformations
• Deep expertise in multiple architecture domains such as application, data, infrastructure, and security architecture
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and risk management in banking and financial services
• Experience with agile methodologies and cross-functional team collaboration in a global organization

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced certifications such as TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or CISSP
• Prior experience at a major financial institution, ideally with exposure to capital markets or consumer banking
• Knowledge of emerging technologies like AI/ML, blockchain, and sustainable finance solutions
• Demonstrated leadership in shaping target state architectures for high-impact business initiatives
