Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of full stack applications that support JP Morgan's core banking and trading platforms
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring alignment with financial industry standards
• Mentor and guide a team of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and best practices in software engineering
• Implement secure coding practices and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in all developed features
• Optimize application performance and scalability to handle high-volume financial transactions
• Integrate third-party APIs and services to enhance platform capabilities in areas like payments and risk management
• Conduct code reviews, testing, and debugging to maintain high-quality deliverables

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• 8+ years of experience in full stack software engineering, with a focus on scalable web applications
• Proven track record in leading engineering teams and delivering high-impact projects in financial services
• Strong understanding of financial regulations such as GDPR, SOX, and PCI-DSS compliance
• Experience with agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams including product, design, and compliance
• U.S. work authorization required; willingness to work in Plano, TX

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Experience in fintech or banking software development at a large-scale institution
