Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain a robust network test automation platform to support JP Morgan Chase's global infrastructure
• Lead the automation of testing processes for network components, ensuring scalability and reliability across multiple domains
• Collaborate with engineering teams to identify and resolve infrastructure challenges that impact business operations in financial services
• Implement best practices for test automation, including CI/CD pipelines tailored to secure financial environments
• Drive innovation in network testing methodologies to enhance performance and reduce downtime in trading and payment systems
• Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the infrastructure team

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• 8+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering, with a focus on network automation and testing
• Proven expertise in developing and maintaining test automation platforms for large-scale network environments
• Strong understanding of financial services infrastructure, including compliance with regulatory standards like SOX and PCI-DSS
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in agile environments to deliver high-impact infrastructure solutions

Preferred Qualifications
