Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of scalable load-balancing architectures to support JP Morgan Chase's global financial platforms
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery across multiple technology domains, including cloud, networking, and security
• Drive infrastructure engineering initiatives that enhance system reliability, performance, and resilience in high-volume trading and banking environments
• Monitor and optimize load-balancing systems to handle peak loads during market volatility and ensure zero downtime for critical financial services
• Conduct risk assessments and implement best practices for infrastructure security and compliance with financial regulations
• Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation in infrastructure service delivery
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in load-balancing setups, minimizing impact on business operations
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend integrations to improve efficiency in JP Morgan Chase's infrastructure ecosystem
• Develop and maintain documentation for load-balancing configurations and processes to support audit and regulatory needs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering, with a focus on service delivery and load-balancing technologies
• Proven expertise in designing, implementing, and managing load-balancing solutions in high-availability environments
• Strong understanding of networking protocols, cloud infrastructure, and financial services regulatory requirements
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in delivering infrastructure projects within a large-scale financial institution
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues under tight deadlines
• Relevant certifications such as CCNP, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or F5 Load Balancing
