Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of advanced security solutions to protect JP Morgan Chase's global financial systems and data assets
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across technology domains to integrate security into business initiatives, ensuring compliance with industry regulations
• Conduct threat assessments and vulnerability analyses to mitigate risks in banking applications, payment systems, and customer data platforms
• Drive innovation in cybersecurity strategies, including AI-driven threat detection and zero-trust architectures tailored to financial services
• Mentor junior engineers and lead security engineering teams to foster a culture of proactive risk management
• Respond to and investigate security incidents, coordinating with internal stakeholders and external regulators as needed
• Develop and maintain security policies, standards, and procedures aligned with JP Morgan Chase's enterprise risk framework

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity engineering, with a focus on enterprise-level security solutions
• Proven track record in leading security projects within the financial services industry, including compliance with regulations like SOX, PCI-DSS, and GDPR
• Deep expertise in threat modeling, vulnerability assessment, and incident response in multi-domain environments
• Experience with cloud security architectures (e.g., AWS, Azure) and securing hybrid infrastructures
• Strong understanding of financial sector risks, including fraud detection and data protection in high-stakes banking operations
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Cybersecurity or a related discipline
