Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of AI innovation infrastructure to support JPMorgan Chase's financial products and services
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into core banking applications, ensuring scalability and reliability
• Drive the adoption of cutting-edge AI technologies to enhance fraud detection, risk assessment, and customer personalization in the financial sector
• Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation within the software engineering team
• Optimize AI pipelines for performance in high-volume transaction environments typical of global banking
• Ensure compliance with financial industry standards and internal JPMorgan policies during infrastructure development
• Identify and prototype new AI tools to address emerging challenges in areas like algorithmic trading and regulatory reporting

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on AI/ML infrastructure
• Proven track record of leading engineering teams in developing scalable AI systems in a financial services environment
• Deep expertise in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, with experience in deploying AI workloads
