Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of AI platforms that support JPMorgan Chase's financial services applications, including predictive analytics and automated decision-making
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into core banking systems, ensuring scalability and security
• Mentor and guide junior engineers in best practices for AI model deployment and MLOps
• Drive innovation in AI infrastructure to handle diverse challenges in areas like fraud detection, customer personalization, and market risk modeling

• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal security standards in all AI implementations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on AI and machine learning platforms
• Proven track record of leading engineering teams in building scalable AI infrastructure for financial services
• Deep expertise in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, with experience in distributed systems
• Strong understanding of AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Kubeflow

Preferred Qualifications
