Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of innovative AI products and solutions for JPMorgan Chase's financial services platforms
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, product managers, and compliance experts, to integrate AI into core banking systems
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence within the team
• Conduct code reviews, ensure adherence to best practices, and optimize AI models for performance and scalability in high-volume financial transactions
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with AI implementations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards in the financial sector

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on AI and machine learning applications
• Proven track record of leading engineering teams in developing scalable AI solutions in a financial services environment
• Strong understanding of AI/ML frameworks and their application in regulated industries like banking
