Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable AWS-based infrastructure for AI/ML solutions using Terraform
• Lead the development and deployment of machine learning models for financial applications
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to optimize AI pipelines for performance and cost
• Ensure infrastructure adheres to JP Morgan's security and compliance standards
• Mentor junior engineers and drive best practices in DevOps for AI/ML workflows
• Monitor and troubleshoot production systems to maintain high availability in trading environments
• Integrate AI/ML solutions with core banking systems for real-time analytics
• Conduct code reviews and contribute to the evolution of JP Morgan's technology stack
• Partner with stakeholders to align infrastructure with business goals in risk and fraud detection
• Stay updated on emerging AI/ML technologies and recommend innovations for financial services

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• 8+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on AI/ML infrastructure
• Proven expertise in AWS cloud services and Terraform for infrastructure as code
• Strong understanding of scalable systems design in a financial services environment
• Experience with compliance and security standards in regulated industries like banking
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in agile development
• Proficiency in Python or Java for developing AI/ML pipelines

Preferred Qualifications
