Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of agentic AI solutions on AWS to automate complex financial workflows and enhance decision-making
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, product managers, and compliance experts to integrate AI into core banking applications
• Drive innovation in AI-driven tools for risk assessment, fraud detection, and customer personalization within JP Morgan Chase's ecosystem
• Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence and knowledge sharing
• Ensure all AI implementations adhere to financial regulations, data privacy standards, and JP Morgan's security protocols
• Optimize AWS infrastructure for scalability, cost-efficiency, and high availability in handling large-scale financial data
• Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and troubleshooting to maintain robust, production-ready systems
• Stay abreast of emerging AI technologies and evaluate their applicability to JP Morgan's strategic initiatives
• Contribute to architectural decisions that span multiple technologies and applications, delivering significant business impact

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 3 years focused on AWS cloud services
• Proven experience in developing and deploying AI/ML models, particularly agentic AI systems
• Strong understanding of financial services technologies, including secure data handling and regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR, SOX)
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in agile environments within large-scale enterprise settings
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or similar languages for building scalable applications
• Demonstrated ability to drive business impact through innovative technology solutions in a fast-paced industry

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with JP Morgan Chase's internal tools or similar banking tech stacks
• Certifications in AWS (e.g., Solutions Architect Professional) and AI/ML (e.g., AWS Machine Learning Specialty)
• Background in financial modeling or risk management systems using AI
• Prior work on agentic AI frameworks like LangChain or AutoGPT in production environments
• Knowledge of blockchain or fintech innovations relevant to JPMorgan's operations
