Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of cloud-based platforms that support JP Morgan Chase's core banking applications and trading systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate cloud solutions with legacy financial systems, ensuring seamless data flow and security
• Drive innovation in cloud infrastructure to enhance scalability, reliability, and cost-efficiency for global financial operations
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement within the team
• Implement best practices for cloud security, monitoring, and compliance to mitigate risks in sensitive financial data environments

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on cloud platforms and infrastructure
• Proven track record in leading engineering teams in developing scalable cloud solutions within the financial services sector
• Deep expertise in cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, with hands-on experience in containerization and orchestration
