Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of cloud-based solutions to support JP Morgan Chase's global financial operations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, product managers, and compliance experts to align cloud architectures with business objectives
• Drive innovation in cloud technologies to enhance scalability, security, and efficiency in trading, risk management, and customer banking platforms
• Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence within the software engineering team
• Ensure all cloud solutions adhere to financial industry standards for data privacy, security, and regulatory compliance
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in multi-cloud environments, optimizing for cost and reliability
• Contribute to strategic roadmaps for cloud migration and modernization of legacy financial systems
• Conduct code reviews, implement best practices, and promote agile methodologies in project delivery
• Analyze emerging cloud trends and technologies to provide recommendations for JP Morgan's digital transformation initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• 8+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on cloud infrastructure and solutions
• Proven track record in designing and implementing scalable cloud architectures in AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Strong understanding of financial services regulations such as GDPR, SOX, and PCI-DSS compliance
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in agile environments within high-stakes financial environments
• Demonstrated ability to drive business impact through technology solutions in banking or fintech
• Excellent problem-solving skills with experience in troubleshooting complex, multi-technology systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
