Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of complex software solutions that support JP Morgan Chase's core banking platforms
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, data scientists, and compliance experts to deliver business-critical applications
• Mentor and guide a team of software engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
• Identify and resolve technical challenges across multiple technologies, ensuring high availability and performance in financial transactions

Required Qualifications
