  • Lead the implementation of GoLang or Java-based services for high-availability platforms in the banking sector
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure scalable and resilient cloud architectures compliant with regulatory requirements
  • Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to uphold best practices in software development
  • Troubleshoot and optimize AWS environments to handle high-volume financial transactions with minimal latency

  • Drive innovation in platform engineering, including automation of deployment processes and cost optimization
  • Participate in on-call rotations to ensure 24/7 availability of critical financial systems

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
  • 8+ years of professional software engineering experience with a focus on cloud platforms
  • Proficiency in Terraform for infrastructure as code (IaC) and AWS services including EC2, S3, Lambda, and VPC
  • Strong experience in GoLang or Java for developing scalable backend services
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in agile environments
  • Experience in financial services or regulated industries with knowledge of compliance standards like PCI-DSS and GDPR
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle high-pressure situations
