  • Conduct user research and usability testing to inform inclusive design decisions that meet diverse customer needs in the UK market

  • 8+ years of experience in UX design, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role within financial services or fintech

  • Strong understanding of UK financial regulations, such as PSD2 and GDPR, and their impact on user experience design
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and compliance experts in a global financial institution
