Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor multiple software engineering teams, providing technical coaching and fostering a culture of innovation in JP Morgan Chase's technology ecosystem
• Oversee the design, development, and deployment of scalable software solutions for financial services, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and compliance teams to deliver secure, high-performance applications for banking and investment platforms
• Drive adoption of modern technologies like microservices, containerization, and CI/CD pipelines to enhance operational efficiency in a regulated environment
• Conduct code reviews, technical architecture assessments, and risk analyses to maintain the integrity of critical financial systems
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources while mitigating risks associated with cybersecurity and regulatory requirements
• Advise senior leadership on emerging trends in fintech, such as blockchain or AI-driven analytics, to support JP Morgan Chase's digital transformation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in developing scalable financial systems
• Deep expertise in cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, with a focus on secure financial applications
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance in the financial services industry, including GDPR, SOX, and PCI-DSS
• Experience in agile methodologies and DevOps practices for high-stakes banking environments
• Excellent communication skills to interface with stakeholders in a fast-paced financial institution

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or equivalent
