Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialized expertise to influence the target state architecture and global solutions for ServiceNow across JP Morgan Chase teams
• Design and architect scalable ServiceNow implementations that support core banking operations, risk management, and compliance workflows
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate financial services requirements into robust architectural blueprints
• Lead the evaluation and integration of emerging ServiceNow features with JP Morgan's enterprise systems, ensuring alignment with security and regulatory standards
• Mentor junior architects and development teams on best practices for ServiceNow customization and governance
• Conduct architecture reviews and assessments to optimize performance and cost-efficiency in a high-volume financial environment
• Drive innovation by incorporating AI-driven automation and analytics into ServiceNow solutions for enhanced client services
• Ensure seamless integration of ServiceNow with JP Morgan's cloud infrastructure and third-party financial tools
• Contribute to global architecture governance, participating in roadmap planning and technology standardization efforts

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, with at least 5 years focused on ServiceNow platform implementation and optimization
• Proven track record in designing and delivering complex IT solutions in a financial services environment, including compliance with regulatory standards like SOX and GDPR
• Deep expertise in ServiceNow modules such as IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and Integration Hub
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in agile environments to align architecture with business objectives in a large-scale financial institution
• Strong understanding of cloud architectures (AWS, Azure) and hybrid integration patterns relevant to banking operations
• Certification in ServiceNow (e.g., Certified Technical Architect or Certified Implementation Specialist)

• Experience working at a major financial institution like JP Morgan Chase, with knowledge of internal tools and processes
• Advanced certifications in enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or Zachman
• Background in financial risk management systems or capital markets technology
• Familiarity with AI/ML integrations within ServiceNow for predictive analytics in financial services
• Prior leadership in global architecture initiatives across multiple regions
