Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialized expertise to influence target state architecture and global solutions across multiple teams at JPMorgan Chase
• Design and architect scalable, secure cloud infrastructure to support high-volume financial transactions and data analytics
• Collaborate with engineering, security, and compliance teams to ensure architectures align with regulatory requirements in the financial sector
• Lead the evaluation and adoption of emerging cloud technologies to drive innovation in banking services
• Develop and maintain architecture roadmaps for cloud migration and optimization projects
• Mentor junior architects and foster knowledge sharing within the global technology organization
• Assess and mitigate risks in cloud environments, including cybersecurity threats and operational resilience
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate financial product needs into robust infrastructure solutions
• Oversee the integration of cloud services with legacy systems to enable seamless hybrid operations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience in IT architecture, with at least 5 years focused on cloud infrastructure in a financial services environment
• Proven track record in designing and implementing large-scale cloud solutions using AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Deep knowledge of cloud security, compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, SOX), and risk management in banking
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in global architecture initiatives for enterprise-level organizations
• Strong understanding of hybrid cloud environments and migration strategies from on-premises to cloud
• Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in financial services, particularly in investment banking or asset management at a tier-1 institution
• Familiarity with JPMorgan Chase's technology stack and internal cloud platforms
• Advanced certifications in cloud security (e.g., CCSP) or DevOps (e.g., Kubernetes Certified Administrator)
• Prior leadership in regulatory-driven architecture projects within the EU or UK markets
