Key Responsibilities

• Set the strategic direction for technology tools and productivity platforms across JP Morgan Chase, aligning with firm-wide innovation goals
• Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable software tools that enhance developer productivity and operational efficiency
• Drive critical programs to integrate AI and automation into internal workflows, ensuring compliance with financial regulations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, data scientists, and business leaders, to identify and prioritize tech innovations
• Mentor and develop a team of engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence
• Oversee the architecture of productivity tools that support secure, high-performance applications in a global banking environment
• Conduct technical reviews and ensure best practices in code quality, security, and scalability
• Partner with senior executives to translate business needs into technology roadmaps
• Monitor emerging technologies and assess their applicability to JP Morgan's financial services ecosystem

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
• Proven track record of leading large-scale technology initiatives in a financial services environment
• Deep expertise in developing tools and productivity platforms for enterprise-scale applications
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and risk management in banking and finance
• Experience with agile methodologies and cross-functional team leadership
• Excellent communication skills to influence stakeholders at all levels

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Computer Science or related field
