Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers to identify opportunities for innovation in JP Morgan Chase's financial offerings
• Conduct user research and gather feedback to shape user-centric product features
• Analyze market trends and competitor landscapes in the financial services sector
• Develop and optimize product roadmaps to enhance customer experience in banking and investment products
• Work with engineering teams to implement and test new features ensuring compliance with financial regulations
• Perform data-driven analysis to measure product performance and recommend improvements
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops to promote innovative solutions for client needs
• Support the launch of digital products, including mobile banking apps and payment platforms

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in product management, user research, or product development within the financial services industry
• Strong understanding of financial products such as banking, payments, or investment services
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies to drive product insights
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and compliance
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the financial sector, such as GDPR or RBI guidelines
