Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle for digital banking solutions, from ideation to launch
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and compliance teams to define product roadmaps and prioritize features
• Conduct market research and analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities in the financial services sector
• Drive agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and retrospectives, to ensure timely delivery
• Monitor product performance using KPIs and iterate based on data insights to enhance user experience
• Partner with risk and regulatory teams to ensure products meet JP Morgan Chase's compliance standards
• Mentor junior product managers and foster a culture of innovation within the Bengaluru team
• Represent the product in stakeholder meetings and contribute to strategic initiatives for global expansion
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with product launches in the competitive fintech landscape

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in financial services or fintech
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric products
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and product lifecycle management
• Experience with data-driven decision making and analytics in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance in the financial industry (e.g., GDPR, PCI-DSS)
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field
