Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and analysis to identify pain points in business access tools for JP Morgan Chase clients
• Collaborate with product teams to innovate and develop new features for financial platforms
• Analyze market trends and regulatory changes to optimize product offerings in the financial services sector
• Partner with engineering and design teams to ensure seamless integration of tools for business users
• Drive A/B testing and performance metrics to measure the impact of product enhancements
• Support the creation of user personas and journey maps specific to corporate banking clients
• Facilitate workshops and feedback sessions with stakeholders to shape product roadmaps
• Monitor competitor tools and recommend strategies to maintain JP Morgan's competitive edge
• Ensure all product developments comply with financial regulations like GDPR and SEC standards
• Contribute to the documentation and launch of new business access features

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in product management, user research, or business analysis within the financial services industry
• Strong understanding of financial products, regulatory compliance, and risk management in banking
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies for product optimization
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in agile environments
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights to senior stakeholders
