Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with development and cross-functional partners to design and deliver innovative customer acquisition experiences for JP Morgan Chase's digital platforms
  • Conduct market research and analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for enhancing acquisition funnels in banking products
  • Define product requirements and user stories to support seamless onboarding and engagement for new clients
  • Partner with data analytics teams to measure acquisition metrics such as conversion rates and customer lifetime value
  • Work closely with compliance and legal teams to ensure all customer experiences adhere to financial regulations
  • Lead A/B testing initiatives to optimize user interfaces and personalize experiences across web and mobile channels

Required Qualifications
