  • Conduct user research and analysis to identify pain points in customer dispute resolution processes
  • Develop and optimize product roadmaps to enhance efficiency and compliance in claims handling
  • Analyze data from disputes and claims to drive insights and recommend improvements
  • Partner with engineering, design, and compliance teams to deliver innovative solutions
  • Monitor regulatory changes in financial services and ensure product alignment
  • Support A/B testing and performance metrics to measure product success
  • Contribute to the innovation of user-centric features that reduce dispute resolution times

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in product management, preferably in financial services or fintech
  • Strong understanding of claims processing, disputes resolution, and regulatory compliance in banking
  • Experience with user research methodologies and data analysis tools
  • Proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies and product development lifecycle
