Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision and roadmap for Connected Banking features
• Conduct market research and analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for digital enhancements
• Work closely with engineering and design teams to develop and launch innovative banking solutions
• Monitor product performance using KPIs and iterate based on data-driven insights
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal JP Morgan Chase standards
• Prioritize features in the product backlog to align with business objectives and customer needs
• Facilitate agile ceremonies and drive cross-functional team alignment
• Partner with marketing and sales to promote new Connected Banking capabilities
• Identify and mitigate risks in product development, focusing on security and user privacy

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in digital banking or financial services
• Proven track record of delivering digital products that enhance customer experience in a fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and product development lifecycle
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and compliance
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the financial services industry, such as GDPR and CCPA

• MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field
