Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and manage the content lifecycle for JP Morgan Chase's digital products and platforms
• Conduct user research and analysis to identify opportunities for innovation in content delivery and user experience
• Develop and optimize product strategies that align with business goals and regulatory requirements in the financial services sector
• Oversee content creation, review, and publishing processes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timeliness
• Analyze performance metrics of content offerings and recommend data-driven improvements
• Facilitate agile sprints and product roadmapping sessions to promote efficient product development
• Partner with technology and compliance teams to integrate innovative tools for content management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in product management, content management, or digital product development within the financial services industry
• Strong understanding of content lifecycle processes, including creation, review, publishing, and archiving
• Experience with user research methodologies and data analysis tools
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards in financial services, such as SEC and FINRA requirements
• Proficiency in agile methodologies and cross-functional team collaboration
