Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with product managers and designers to enhance the credit card application experience, focusing on user pain points and conversion optimization
  • Conduct user research and analyze application funnel data to identify bottlenecks and propose data-driven solutions
  • Work closely with engineering teams to implement features that streamline the application process while ensuring compliance with banking regulations
  • Monitor key performance metrics such as application completion rates, drop-off points, and approval times, and iterate based on insights
  • Partner with risk and compliance teams to integrate fraud detection and KYC requirements into the application flow
  • Contribute to the roadmap for Chase credit card products, prioritizing features that drive customer acquisition and satisfaction
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and retrospectives, to deliver high-quality product increments
  • Engage with stakeholders across JPMorgan Chase to align on business objectives and gather requirements for application enhancements
  • Test and validate new application features through user acceptance testing and pilot programs

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field
