Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and analyze customer feedback to identify pain points and opportunities for optimization
• Perform data-driven analysis using tools like SQL and Tableau to measure product performance and ROI
• Work closely with engineering and design teams to define product requirements and user stories
• Monitor regulatory changes in the financial services industry and ensure product compliance
• Drive A/B testing and experimentation to refine payment experiences and increase user adoption
• Partner with marketing and sales teams to promote new offerings and gather market insights
• Contribute to the product roadmap for credit card payments, aligning with JPMorgan Chase's strategic goals
• Analyze competitive landscapes in fintech to inform innovation strategies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in financial services or payments
• Strong understanding of credit card products, payment processing, and regulatory compliance in the financial industry
• Experience conducting user research, data analysis, and A/B testing to drive product decisions
• Proficiency in agile methodologies and cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, and compliance teams
• Demonstrated ability to analyze market trends and customer needs in the fintech space
