Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with clients and internal stakeholders to understand fulfillment and archival needs in JP Morgan's corporate and investment banking divisions
• Support the development and enhancement of product features for document management and archival services, ensuring seamless integration with core banking systems
• Analyze user feedback and market trends to identify opportunities for process improvements and innovation in financial product delivery
• Manage end-to-end fulfillment workflows, from client onboarding to archival compliance, adhering to regulatory requirements like GDPR and SEC standards
• Conduct product testing, gather metrics, and recommend data-driven enhancements to optimize efficiency and client satisfaction
• Facilitate cross-functional partnerships with technology, operations, and compliance teams to resolve issues and drive project success
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for fulfillment and archival services, contributing to strategic product roadmaps
• Ensure all archival processes meet JP Morgan's high standards for data security and accessibility in a global financial environment

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in product management, support, or operations within the financial services industry
• Strong understanding of fulfillment processes, archival systems, and regulatory compliance in banking
• Proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver client-focused solutions
• Experience with data management, document archival, and workflow optimization tools
• Ability to analyze complex problems and implement effective solutions in a fast-paced environment
