Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define and prioritize features for the Global Banking Platform
• Conduct user research, including interviews and surveys, to gather insights from clients and internal teams
• Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and performance data to optimize product features
• Develop product roadmaps and ensure alignment with JP Morgan Chase's strategic goals in global banking
• Work closely with engineering teams to translate requirements into actionable specifications
• Monitor product performance metrics and iterate based on user feedback and analytics
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and security standards in all product enhancements
• Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions to promote innovation in platform capabilities
• Support the launch of new features, including testing, documentation, and training

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in product management, development, or related roles within financial services
• Strong understanding of banking platforms and financial products
• Experience conducting user research and data analysis to inform product decisions
• Proficiency in agile methodologies and product lifecycle management
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and compliance
