Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to identify innovation opportunities in financial products
• Conduct user research and analysis to understand customer needs in banking and investment services
• Develop and optimize product features that enhance user experience and drive business growth
• Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to inform product strategy at JP Morgan Chase
• Support the creation of roadmaps for digital products, including payments and wealth management tools
• Gather and interpret data to measure product performance and recommend improvements
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops to promote agile product development practices
• Ensure products align with JP Morgan's risk management and compliance standards
• Contribute to A/B testing and experimentation to validate product hypotheses

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in product management, user research, or financial services product development
• Strong understanding of financial products and services, including banking, payments, and investment solutions
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies to drive product insights
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and product lifecycle management

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or advanced degree in Finance or Technology
• Experience in fintech or digital banking innovations at a major financial institution
