Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or project management within the financial services industry
  • Proven experience in requirements gathering and stakeholder management in complex environments
  • Strong understanding of interest rate derivatives (IRD) products and financial markets
  • Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools such as Jira or Confluence
