About the Role

Your primary focus will be on requirements gathering from diverse stakeholders, including front-office traders, middle-office risk teams, and back-office operations, to define clear specifications for platform enhancements. You will manage project timelines, facilitate agile ceremonies, and oversee user testing to guarantee that transformations align with JP Morgan Chase's commitment to operational excellence and risk management. By analyzing existing IRD workflows, you will identify bottlenecks and propose data-driven improvements that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and comply with regulations like Dodd-Frank and MiFID II, ultimately contributing to the firm's leadership in derivatives markets. Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements for IRD product enhancements and platform adoption
• Engage with internal stakeholders, including traders, risk managers, and technology teams, to align on strategic initiatives
• Manage end-to-end project lifecycles for process improvements, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets
• Facilitate workshops and user acceptance testing to drive adoption of new platforms and tools
• Analyze current IRD workflows and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency gains
• Support the development of product roadmaps that integrate with JP Morgan Chase's broader digital transformation strategy
• Monitor project risks and dependencies, providing regular updates to senior leadership
• Contribute to compliance and regulatory reporting requirements for IRD products
• Leverage data insights to recommend enhancements that improve client experience and operational resilience
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the IRD product team

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or project management within the financial services industry
• Proven experience in requirements gathering and stakeholder management in complex environments
• Strong understanding of interest rate derivatives (IRD) products and financial markets
• Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools such as Jira or Confluence
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, regulated environment with a focus on compliance

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree (MBA or Master's in Finance) or relevant certifications like CFA or FRM
• Prior experience at a major financial institution like JP Morgan Chase in product transformation initiatives
