Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to develop innovative learning experiences for JP Morgan Chase employees and clients
• Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to identify needs in financial education and development programs
• Analyze data from learning platforms to optimize content delivery and measure engagement in areas like compliance training and skill-building
• Drive the ideation and prototyping of new features for learning products, ensuring alignment with JP Morgan's strategic goals in financial services
• Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate regulatory updates and financial industry trends into learning modules
• Monitor key performance metrics for learning initiatives and recommend enhancements to improve user satisfaction and knowledge retention
• Facilitate workshops and feedback sessions to promote a culture of continuous learning within the organization
• Support the launch and iteration of digital tools that enhance employee development in areas like risk management and investment strategies
• Ensure all learning products adhere to accessibility standards and JP Morgan's data privacy policies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in product management, user experience design, or learning and development within the financial services industry
• Proven track record in conducting user research and analyzing data to inform product decisions
• Experience with agile methodologies and cross-functional team collaboration in a fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding of financial products and services, including compliance and regulatory requirements
• Ability to work in a hybrid model in Columbus, OH, with occasional travel

• Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field
