Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to innovate and develop new financial products tailored to customer needs
  • Conduct user research and gather feedback to identify opportunities for enhancing digital banking experiences
  • Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and internal data to optimize product features and performance
  • Support the creation of product roadmaps that align with JP Morgan Chase's strategic goals in the Asia-Pacific region

  • Monitor product metrics and KPIs to ensure offerings meet business objectives and regulatory requirements

  • Drive A/B testing and experimentation to refine user interfaces and functionalities in mobile and web platforms

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in product management, user research, or financial services product development
  • Strong understanding of financial products and services, including banking, payments, and digital finance
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies for product optimization
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights to senior stakeholders
