Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation in JP Morgan Chase's financial offerings
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to develop and optimize digital products for retail and commercial banking
• Analyze market trends and customer feedback to shape product roadmaps and enhance user experiences
• Support the creation of prototypes and conduct A/B testing to validate product features
• Ensure products comply with financial regulations and internal risk management standards
• Monitor product performance metrics and recommend data-driven improvements
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops to align on product vision and priorities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in product management, user research, or financial services product development

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
