  • Work closely with engineering, design, and compliance teams to deliver high-quality payment solutions
  • Analyze user feedback and performance metrics to iterate on payment products and services
  • Ensure all payment initiatives comply with federal regulations and internal JP Morgan standards
  • Support the integration of new technologies like real-time payments into existing platforms
  • Contribute to stakeholder presentations and reports on product progress and impact
  • Mentor junior associates in product management best practices within the financial services context

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in product management, preferably in financial services or payments
  • Strong understanding of payment systems, including ACH, wire transfers, and real-time payments
  • Experience with agile methodologies and product lifecycle management
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and financial regulations such as PCI DSS and AML
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas to stakeholders
