Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end rollout of new real-time payment products for retail banking, ensuring seamless integration and launch
• Conduct in-depth analytics on product performance, identifying opportunities for optimization and growth
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, compliance, and sales to drive execution
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps aligned with JPMorgan Chase's strategic goals in payments innovation
• Monitor market trends in real-time payments and recommend enhancements to stay competitive
• Ensure operational excellence by implementing best practices for scalability and risk management
• Gather and incorporate stakeholder feedback to refine product features and user experience
• Support regulatory compliance and reporting for payment products in the financial services sector
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to the broader product management community at JPMorgan Chase

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in financial services or payments
• Proven track record of leading product rollouts and cross-functional team execution
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analytics and performance metrics
• Knowledge of real-time payments systems such as RTP, FedNow, or similar networks
• Experience in the financial services industry, with understanding of regulatory compliance
