Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for enhancing customer loyalty
  • Analyze user data and feedback to drive product improvements and personalization strategies
  • Partner with engineering, design, and marketing teams to launch new rewards initiatives
  • Monitor key performance metrics such as redemption rates, engagement, and customer satisfaction
  • Support the development of go-to-market strategies for rewards products
  • Ensure all product features comply with JP Morgan Chase's risk and regulatory standards
  • Contribute to roadmap planning for future enhancements in digital banking rewards
  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings to align on product vision and priorities

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in product management, preferably in financial services or consumer rewards programs
  • Strong understanding of customer loyalty strategies and digital product development
  • Experience with data analytics tools and A/B testing methodologies
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the financial industry, such as PCI compliance and data privacy laws
