About the Role

At JPMorgan Chase, we are at the forefront of redefining the digital economy, and our Commercial Banking division is pivotal in empowering small and mid-sized businesses (SMBs) with innovative payments solutions. As a Senior Product Associate in Small and Mid-sized Business Payments, you will play a crucial role in the end-to-end product lifecycle for payments products that deliver tangible value to our SMB customers. Based in our dynamic New York office, you will collaborate with elite teams to design, develop, and launch features that streamline transactions, enhance cash flow management, and integrate seamlessly with treasury services. This position offers the opportunity to influence products used by thousands of businesses, leveraging JPMorgan Chase's vast resources and global reach to drive real-world impact in the financial services industry. You will partner with engineers, designers, and compliance experts to prioritize features on the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with JPMorgan Chase's commitment to secure, scalable, and customer-centric solutions. From prototyping wireframes to analyzing post-launch metrics, you will iterate on products like digital wallets and ACH enhancements, always keeping regulatory standards like those from the Federal Reserve and PCI compliance at the core. This role demands a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, where your contributions directly support our goal of making banking more accessible and efficient for growing businesses. Joining JPMorgan Chase means becoming part of a world-class institution renowned for innovation and integrity in financial services. We value diverse perspectives and foster an inclusive environment where your professional growth is prioritized through mentorship, training, and exposure to senior leaders.
