  • Collaborate with product owners and development teams to define UAT scope and test scenarios aligned with business requirements
  • Identify, document, and track defects using tools like JIRA, ensuring timely resolution to maintain project timelines
  • Ensure testing adheres to financial industry regulations and internal JP Morgan Chase compliance standards
  • Facilitate UAT sessions with end-users, gathering feedback to enhance user experience in digital banking platforms
  • Analyze test results to provide insights on product quality and recommend improvements for future releases

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in user acceptance testing (UAT) within the financial services industry
  • Proven track record in testing digital banking platforms or financial applications
  • Strong understanding of regulatory compliance standards such as GDPR, SOX, and PCI-DSS in financial environments
  • Experience with defect tracking and reporting tools in agile development cycles
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and stakeholders
