Key Responsibilities

• Support the scalable delivery of Agentic AI products by coordinating with engineering, data science, and business teams to ensure timely releases
• Streamline processes for AI product development, identifying bottlenecks and implementing agile best practices to enhance efficiency
• Aid change initiatives by facilitating stakeholder alignment and managing the rollout of new AI features in compliance with financial regulations
• Resolve delivery impediments by conducting root cause analysis and collaborating with cross-functional teams to mitigate risks
• Monitor product performance metrics for Agentic AI solutions, providing insights to optimize user experience in banking applications
• Collaborate with product owners to define roadmaps for AI-driven innovations, ensuring alignment with JP Morgan Chase's strategic goals
• Ensure adherence to security and data governance standards in all AI product deliveries
• Facilitate training and knowledge transfer on Agentic AI tools to team members and end-users
• Contribute to post-delivery reviews, capturing lessons learned to improve future AI product cycles

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product delivery, project management, or agile methodologies within the financial services sector
• Proven track record in supporting AI-driven product initiatives, including agentic AI systems
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance in financial services, such as GDPR, FCA guidelines, and data privacy standards
• Experience with cross-functional teams in a large-scale financial institution
• Certification in Agile (e.g., Scrum Master or SAFe) or product management frameworks
• Demonstrated ability to manage delivery impediments and drive process improvements in high-stakes environments
