Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers to define and deliver digital banking features that enhance customer value and experience
  • Manage the end-to-end product delivery lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with JP Morgan Chase's strategic goals
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve dependencies and mitigate risks in a regulated financial environment
  • Conduct market analysis and gather user feedback to iterate on digital products for the Chase digital bank
  • Ensure all deliverables comply with banking regulations and internal security standards
  • Track project progress using agile methodologies and report on key metrics to senior stakeholders
  • Drive continuous improvement in product delivery processes to support scalable growth in fintech solutions
  • Mentor junior team members on best practices in product portfolio management
  • Participate in sprint planning and retrospectives to optimize delivery efficiency

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in product delivery, project management, or agile methodologies within the financial services industry
  • Proven track record of delivering digital banking products or fintech solutions
  • Strong understanding of regulatory compliance in banking, such as GDPR, PCI-DSS, and RBI guidelines
  • Experience with cross-functional teams in a global organization
  • Proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar for product lifecycle management
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on customer-centric digital experiences

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Experience with JP Morgan Chase's internal systems or similar large-scale banking platforms
