Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary product liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to gather and analyze requirements for card pricing initiatives
  • Develop comprehensive testing documentation, including test plans, cases, and scripts, to ensure product quality and compliance
  • Design and execute testing strategies that align with JP Morgan Chase's product delivery standards and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and compliance experts, to support the end-to-end product lifecycle
  • Monitor and report on testing progress, identifying risks and recommending mitigation strategies for card pricing features
  • Analyze business needs to optimize pricing models for credit card products, ensuring alignment with market trends and customer expectations
  • Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide training to stakeholders on new pricing functionalities

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field
