Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary product liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to gather and analyze requirements for card pricing initiatives
• Develop comprehensive testing documentation, including test plans, cases, and scripts, to ensure product quality and compliance
• Design and execute testing strategies that align with JP Morgan Chase's product delivery standards and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and compliance experts, to support the end-to-end product lifecycle
• Monitor and report on testing progress, identifying risks and recommending mitigation strategies for card pricing features
• Analyze business needs to optimize pricing models for credit card products, ensuring alignment with market trends and customer expectations
• Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide training to stakeholders on new pricing functionalities
• Contribute to continuous improvement of product delivery processes within the Consumer Banking division
• Ensure all deliverables meet JP Morgan Chase's high standards for accuracy, security, and innovation in financial services

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product delivery, business analysis, or testing in the financial services industry
• Proven experience in analyzing business requirements and developing testing documentation
• Strong understanding of card pricing strategies and consumer banking products
• Experience with agile methodologies and cross-functional team collaboration
• Proficiency in financial regulations and compliance standards relevant to credit cards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on detail-oriented tasks

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree or certification in project management (e.g., PMP) or business analysis (e.g., CBAP)
• Prior experience at a major financial institution, preferably in card products or pricing
• Knowledge of JP Morgan Chase's internal systems and tools for product delivery
• Experience with data analytics tools for pricing optimization in financial products
• Demonstrated leadership in testing execution strategies for high-stakes financial projects
