Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to deliver secure, scalable data solutions for the Partner Data Platform
  • Implement and maintain data governance policies to ensure compliance with JP Morgan Chase's regulatory standards and financial industry best practices
  • Analyze partner data requirements and design analytics workflows to support business intelligence and decision-making
  • Monitor data quality, integrity, and accessibility, resolving issues to minimize risks in financial operations
  • Drive the adoption of data analytics tools and technologies to enhance platform efficiency and scalability
  • Conduct stakeholder engagements to gather requirements and provide updates on product delivery milestones
  • Support the integration of third-party data sources while adhering to security protocols in the financial services sector
  • Contribute to risk assessments and audits for data platforms, ensuring alignment with JP Morgan's enterprise risk management framework
  • Mentor junior team members on data analytics best practices and product delivery processes

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analytics, product delivery, or data platform management within the financial services industry
  • Proven experience in implementing secure and scalable data solutions, including data governance frameworks
  • Strong understanding of data privacy regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, and financial sector-specific compliance like SOX and Basel III
  • Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for data management
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in SQL and data querying tools for analytics and reporting

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or a related discipline
  • Experience in agile methodologies and product lifecycle management in financial technology
